We aim to give you full and honest information regarding our products at all times.

By using our website and placing orders if is assumed that you have read all of these policies and agree to them completely.

Our Shipping Policy

How It Works

We aim to ship all in-stock items within 3 working days of your order, where possible, with the exception of custom made orders and commissions where a time scale will be given when confirming your order. 
All orders are sent via trackable signed for services without exception.
Orders are sent within the UK only. 
Orders will only be sent to confirmed UK address as held with Paypal
Where possible we use recycled or recyclable packaging
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order plus packaging costs. 
We aim to combine postage of multiple items where we can in order to give you the best value.
Due to the current COVID situation, delivery time may differ and may take longer than usual, we ask that you are patient during this time

How It Works

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing your order.

Refunds may be given provided items are returned within 14 days of delivery to you, in new, unused, packaged condition, that you have not tried on/used, in any way, or attempted to alter.

You must contact us if you wish to return your item so that a returns label can be sent to you. These will be emailed and require you to print off at home. 

Items not returned using our returns label will not be accepted and refunds will not be given.

Refunds will be less original postage cost, fees and listing costs. 

Refunds will be made, where possible, via the original method of payment.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to raise a return/refund request.

In the case of faulty items;

You are required to allow us to repair the item in the first instance if this is not possible, we will replace the product, if this is not possible, only then will a refund be offered. 
Reasonable repairs and replacements are done so at our cost but also at our discretion, you will not be required to pay for return or additional postage if we confirm that the fault was ours and not caused by incorrect, unfair and excessive use. 

The above rules do not apply if;

  • the goods and/or services are worth £42 or less excluding shipping costs

  • you knew an item was faulty when they bought it (listed as 'seconds')

  • you damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or get someone else to do it

  • no longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) outside of the 14 days grace period.

  • You 'accepted' the item/s as satisfactory, ie you have told us you’ve accepted it (having had enough opportunity to inspect the item before confirming you’ve received it)

  • altered the item
